IUPUI, Herron Art School Junior Class Photo Exhibition

The Junior Class of Herron Art School at IUPUI will be presenting their first Photo Exhibtion at the newly renovated Indiana Landmarks Center (formerly known at the Old Centrum building) at 1201 Central Ave, First Friday, May 6, 2011, from 6pm-to 10pm.

Artists, Amanda Presnal, Ashley Kelly, Autumn Schrock, Brian Russelburg, Britni Van Deman, Christina Richey, David Morris, Jennifer Hintz, Emilie Schultz, Katelin Kinney, Katie Rose, Kerry Jessup, Kirstin Wade, Laura Hergenroether, Leanne Meurer, Scott Halwes, Shoshone Crawford, Catie Keith, Deondra Davis, Jessica Branstetter, Kelsie Merriet, Lara Dollens, Marion Moss, and Stacia Lowery will be presenting work from a number of media. Photography, Video, Mixed Media and Installation.

The Junior Photography Class at I.U.P.U.I. in the Herron School of Art and Design will be hosting their first exhibition, “Collective Rubbish”, at the Old Centrum building, now known as the Landmarks Center. Located at the corner of Central Avenue and 12th Street in Indianapolis, the students will show work from different genres and subject matter including anxiety, racism, and science fiction. From video art, to installations, the show promises to intrigue viewers with interesting points of view and styles. So, be sure to join the Juniors on First Friday, May 6th, from 6-10 PM.
